Tickets for wheelchair accessible seating may be purchased along with seating for companions or guests at the box office, by phone at (225) 389-4940. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating.
The Raising Cane’s River Center staff is trained in the proper procedures for emergency situations. In the event of an evacuation, event staff will assist and direct guests with disabilities to exit routes.
All restrooms are equipped with accessible facilities; including sinks, hand towel dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, urinals and toilet stalls. Family restroom is located in the Arena lower concourse, between Portal A and D.
The recommended drop off point for arena events is 275 South River Road near the box office at portal-A entrance. The recommended drop off point for theatre events is the St. Louis Plaza located off of St. Louis Boulevard. The address for the Theatre of Performing Arts is 220 St. Louis Boulevard.
Emergency warning systems are equipped with both audible and visual strobe alarms.
The Raising Cane’s River Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event and be approved by the performer. Please submit your request to our Box Office as soon as possible to help ensure the fulfillment of your request. The Box Office phone number is (225) 389-4940.
Elevators are located in the East and West lobbies of the Exhibition Hall, the South Lobby of the Grand Ballroom and in the North Concourse of the Arena. Each elevator is equipped to accommodate persons needing assistance.
The Raising Cane’s River Center provides first aid stations at our events.
In the Arena the first aid station is located in Guest Services at portal D.
In the Theatre of Performing Arts the first aid station is located in the theatre lobby.
Any staff member will assist you in getting to the first aid station.
Service animals that are trained or are in training are allowed to enter the Raising Cane’s River Center . A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Raising Cane’s River Center guests and/or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. All service animals must remain on a leash or harness at all times. Guests who need to escort a service animal to the animal relief area are allowed to re-enter the facility. All guests are to notify the Guest Services Manager prior to exiting the facility to ensure re-entry. The animal relief area is located on the Oak Street side of the facility.
